UniFiber is a good source of insoluble fiber which helps me become more "regular" with a minimum of "gas". Easily mixes with liquids, especially hot soups. Slight gritty feel with cold liquids like milk in cereal. I've successfully stirred it in waffle batter and scrambled eggs. – Anonymous, CA
